Nicole Barrineau-Matthews

Owner, Designer, Animal Lover

During the past 2 (plus) decades she has been actively involved in the family business, Nicole has honed her skills in design as well as project flow and management and is now the “Boss Lady”. She is rather OCD and her work is a direct reflection of that. She loves clean lines and minimalistic style, tone-on-tone schemes, and Statuary White Marble is a personal favorite and go-to. You will often see her in the fabrication shop with her eye, and sometimes hands, on a special cut for a client. Although her work scope is not limited to design, that is what she loves to do. And she loves a good schedule and flow chart!

Nicole has also gained extensive product knowledge through training at factory schools with Wood-Mode and Brookhaven cabinetry, Starmark and Ultracraft cabinetry, Sub Zero and Wolf appliances and attending Kitchen and Bath Industry shows routinely. Whether her clients are renovating or building new, she takes their wish list into account when creating a “space” they are proud to call home.

In her spare time, Nicole relaxes by spending time at home with her husband and dogs. She loves taking Pilates, Barre and Cycle classes and dining at restaurants along the Coast. When time permits, she also enjoys traveling and being outdoors at their farm in Carlisle.

Morgan Vonder Bruegge

Designer, Trendsetter

One of Morgan’s many talents is her ability to bring your new kitchen or bath to life through 3D renderings. This truly helps her clients see the overall design come to life before making that big decision.  She can adapt her design abilities to coincide with each client’s individual taste.  Morgan has an eye for clean lines and transitional design elements, which are reflective in her work.  She loves black, white and grey, but is not afraid to use bold color and even a little bling. Not only can Morgan see a design aesthetic, but she can also keep your job on track with her organizational skills and time management.

Morgan is a proud mom to a growing little boy that is the highlight of her life.  She is very family-oriented and enjoys spending time with her loved ones. Morgan graduated in May 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from the University of Southern Mississippi.

David Broussard

Designer, Creative

David has decades of experience in the kitchen and bath business in the Southeast US, which he brings to the design team at Inside Outside. A recent transplant to Bay St. Louis from New Orleans, he brings his passion for cooking and entertaining to the forefront when working with clients. David’s personal style for interiors tends to be transitional – traditional shapes and forms, stripped of frivolous ornamentation and unnecessary details, but he enthusiastically adapts his knowledge and experience to interpret our product offerings into the client’s personal style.

David cherishes his children, their spouses and his grandchildren, and has a wide circle of acquaintances from his many years of work and activism, with whom he maintains regular contact. His favorite pastime is having people gathered around his table, sharing a home-cooked meal and good wine.
